Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?

Yes. It is very much safe to exercise during Pregnancy, but caution needs to be taken on the kind and nature of exercises selected and performed. Also it is advisable to consult your Gynecologist before starting exercise.

When shall I start exercising?

You can safely start exercising once you complete at least 18-20 weeks of pregnancy (In general).

If you already doing exercise before pregnancy you can continue on doing light exercise in First trimester as well.

What are the prerequisites for starting the exercises?

Having completed 18-20 weeks of pregnancy.

Having a normal anamolyscan (5th month scan)
Consent from your gynecologist

My Doctor has told me mostly it would be C-Section. Why do I need to take up classes?

        Prenatal classes helps to make your body flexible, increase stamina, decrease chances of pregnancy related B.P, diabities, swelling and other discomforts.  Becuase of current life style more and more women are facing various health issues which were unheard earlier. Prenatal exercise has many many other benifits and not only it increase chance of normal pregnancy.

Can I avail prenatal services at my home?

       Yes. Currently we are providing in home services around Whitefield, Hebbal, Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout
